February 20, 2001 | Napster I guess is going this summer to a
pay-per-use site. Charging between 2.95 and 9.95 for
access. I think that is completely stupid. I mean, without the user base that
Napster has acquired, there would be NO Napster. I know that if I have to pay 2.95 or 9.95 to login to Napster I wouldn't, and even if I did, I'm not going to waste my
bandwidth letting some bastard newbie download off me at my full-speed. I predict that when Napster goes to pay-per-use, that will be the end. After 3 months, they will go bankrupt, because the 200 people that actually pay to get online will find that the once 1 Million + users who were all sharing an average of 100 songs each or whatever, will go to 200 people sharing 10 songs each. And after a month of not finding the songs they want, they will stop and Napster will be broke. On a brighter note, I've been watching the cnn.com website a lot and also the Courier News website ... Breaking news over the internet, how wonderful!

February 13, 2001 | Well, Napster might be dead, so grab what you can
before you switch to the next free mp3 sharing platform. I am still playing Diablo II strong, it's got to be one of the more addictive games I have played in a while, I think the last being "The Sims." New Joke of the Week Movie Reviews: Head over Heals, Battlefield Earth, Road Trip.

February 1, 2001 | I got way too many Simpsons
episodes, so I started on Futurama, but there are not nearly as many of those as there are
Simpsons.
