The Pinwheel galaxy, M33.  If you use your imagination again
(astronomers do that a lot), and put a stick vertically to the center of
the galaxy, it may look like a small decoration you may see in someone's
yard that turns around, like a pinwheel, when the wind blows.  Even more
so than M31, the image was computer-enhanced to see the spiral arms.
M33 is about the same size and distance away from us as M31.
