LightEarth Consulting (link to mail/email/fax info) only offers Cardinal Cartridge remanufactured cartridges, which receive a complete breakdown of their parts. These parts undergo careful inspection, cleaning, and resurfacing, before being accepted for reuse in our final products.

We do not just refill the cartridge with toner, we carefully disassemble the cartridge, replace the OPC drum with a high quality long-life drum, replace the corona assembly, wiper blade and recovery blade. All the remaining parts are carefully inspected for signs of wear, and replaced if necessary. Each cartridge is carefully postested for quality and sealed for shipping.
